These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CertReady Health website and mobile application (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Educational purpose only

CertReady Health provides exam-preparation tools only. It does not issue certifications and is not a certifying body.

CertReady Health is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HSPA or any certifying organization. CRCST is referenced solely to identify the exam our study materials help candidates prepare for.

CertReady Health provides study and exam-preparation materials. We do not guarantee that you will pass any examination, obtain any certification, or achieve any particular result or employment outcome. Exam results depend on many factors outside our control.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.

Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

• The Foundational level is available free of charge.
• Premium is offered monthly ($9.99/month) or annually ($69.99/year) and unlocks the Intermediate and Mastery levels and premium study features.
• Premium subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to that store's terms.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your app-store account settings. Refunds are handled by the applicable app store under its policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, distribute, or resell our content, questions, or explanations;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our content or software;
• Use the Services in any unlawful way or to infringe others' rights.

Intellectual property

The Services and their content — including questions, explanations, text, graphics, and software — are owned by CertReady Health or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Services for your own exam preparation.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CertReady Health will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

Changes to the Services and Terms

We may modify the Services or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
